Do I have to create a customer account to be able to place an order at Bikencia?

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order, you can do so as a guest by entering only your email address. If you create an account on our website, you will be able to see a summary and tracking of your orders in your customer profile and you will also have access to modify your delivery and billing addresses.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your Bikencia account, you can contact us and we will delete your account completely (Name, address, email, IP address), when doing so we will send you a confirmation email.

I forgot my password and I can't log into my account

When trying to log in, click on the “I forgot my password” option and follow the steps indicated. If you are unable to solve the problem, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +34 621366206.

Does my shipment have any cost?

We offer free shipping throughout the peninsular territory from 50 euros of the total order amount regardless of the number of items with delivery in 48/72 hours , and for only 3 euros more we offer delivery in 24/48 hours . In the case of the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, shipping will be free from 150 euros .

If you are in mainland Spain: orders under 50 euros will have a shipping cost of 5 euros with delivery within 48/72 hours . The amount will be automatically added to the order total. If you require delivery within 24/48 hours, the shipping cost would be only 8 euros .

If you are in the Canary and Balearic Islands: orders of less than 150 euros will have a shipping cost of 20 euros , and the amount will be automatically added to the total of the order.

We do not currently ship outside of Spain.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, it is shipped the next business day (it is likely that it can be shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 2:00 pm) After that, it will take between 1 and 3 business days for delivery to mainland Spain and between 5 and 7 business days for the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated on working days from Monday to Friday and may be affected by local or national holidays. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer or financing, these times may be modified, since the order will be shipped when said payment is effective.

How can I track my order?

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details so you can track it using the carrier's link, where you can see the movements of your shipment at all times.

I just placed an order and would like to change or cancel it. Is this possible?

If you want to add an item or modify an order already placed, you must contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +34 621366206 so that we can tell you if it is possible to modify the order. If so, you will have to provide us with the information with which you placed the order and indicate the item to be added or modified (We will send you an email with the link to pay for the added item if applicable).

If you wish to cancel an order, you must provide us with the details you used to place the order and we will tell you if it is possible to cancel it. If so, we will refund the money to the same account you used to pay for the order.

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and ship it as soon as possible. However, this also means that we cannot process changes after the order has been shipped.

In case of cancellation, shipping costs will be charged.

My order is missing items or not what I ordered, what should I do?

You must contact us by email or WhatsApp at +34 621366206 describing the incident. We will ask you for photographs of what you received so that we can provide a solution as soon as possible.

How can I return the item if I don't want it?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. To make the return you must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. When we receive the material we will verify that everything is correct and we will refund the item/s using the same method you used to make the payment.

I have a Bikencia gift card. How can I redeem it?

Once the order has been processed, on the payment screen below the item you will find a section where you can attach the promotional coupon. Insert it and press apply. You can only redeem a Bikencia gift card during the ordering process. In the case of a return, the gift cards will not be recharged and the amount will be credited to the original account. (It is not possible to use a gift card on an existing order).
